POV: so this is me, taking my own grad photo for the 1 millionth time, and realizing very awfully late, how the selfie cam mirrors images, and therefore I was doing it wrong, and I had to shoot again because the sablay needed to be on the left shoulder. Hahahaha. 😂🌻

Anyway, today, I would like to do nothing else but honor the many things that we have, and are still going through–
the pains that we continue to endure,
the losses that we continue to mourn,
the brokenness of things that we continue to make work,
the little flickers of hope,
the unexpected kindnesses,
the fullness & frailty of human love that, despite all, continues to sustain us still.

I honor each of us today for surviving, one day after another, even if everything is dragging, even if we are slowly running out of reasons to continue.

I sincerely hope we give meaning to our nows because tomorrow, we can only tell the stories of today.
